This is a roll up the sleeves opportunity that could lead to a variety of different career paths - an ideal way to get your foot into the fashion industry door, We are small and rapidly expanding Fast fashion label and manufacture for female youth. We are looking for a smart, energetic person to join our team. The job is to ensure our busy office runs smoothly.
- You will be required every Monday and most Wednesdays to try on production and new samples. (as this will be a key component of your role we do require a female and preferably a size 10)- answer the phones, liaise with our off shore offices and colleagues
- General Admin jobs such as: set up for meetings, data entry, manage calendars and diaries, Filing,
- Showroom visual merchandising
- end of month stock take assistance
- Assist the Sales team, the product developer and the General Manager with their daily duties
- Booking couriers and liaising with customers.
- liaising with media such as (magazine call outs, TV show Wardrobe call ins)
- Operate RAGS
- General Admin jobs such as: set up for meetings, data entry, manage calendars and diaries, Filing,

SkillsAs we are a fast paced company we require our FIT model & office all rounder to be great at multi tasking and prioritizing, not afraid to show intuitive, happy, outgoing & organized.
Some reception experience or experience with RAGS would be highly desirable but not a necessity.
We require you have competent skills in Word, Excel, Photoshop and the adobe suit would be an advantage. This role is not your ordinary desk job, you will be required to assist in all areas of the business and will often not be just sitting at your desk, it is an exciting role and we are look for someone to start in the next couple of weeks.
