Here is one of there recipes for COCONUT MACAROONS! Sounds delicious.
Serves 12 Sweetness 2/3 Difficulty 1/3 1/2 cup organic dark chocolate chips 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut 3 tablespoons canned coconut milk 1 tablespoon coconut flour 1 teaspoon arrowroot powder 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup 1/2 teaspoon natural vanilla extract Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a baking sheet with oil. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix together with a fork. When thoroughly mixed, take spoonfuls of it, and drop it onto the baking sheet to form 12 equal pieces. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until slightly golden brown on bottom.
