St Judes- the where, what & when of it all

So yesterday was the first day of our sample rooms CNY holiday, so with out people to bug (dont worry it works both ways! - and all done with love) we were at a bit of a loose end....

so what better excuse for a long lunch away from the office?!

What: lunch at St Judes Cafe: Cnr Thurlow & Bourke Streets, Redfern, NSW 2016

 

Wearing: Dark Shine Shorts style no.10211 & Chimera Top 10435B: Diamond Frenzy Tunic style no. 10603

What we ate: beetroot & spinach salad, fruit platter with yoghurt & quinoa, poached chicken, strawberry & walnut salad, fries to share

What we drank: decaf latte, skim latte, fresh coconut juice/water

Will we go back?: YES

Utter indulgence!

Yesterday us girls thought we'd take a break from the hard slog, and indulge a little.... (.... or A LOT!!!) Can you believe the three of us polished it all off!

 

...en route we lucked upon a gorgeous spot near where we parked... so had to show you some of our new season styles outside a studio.... they will be in-store soon (so plenty of time to add them to your Xmas wish list).

Friday's at harry's

While the weather has started to clear up for the weekend (fingers crossed). Some of the Ottomode crew thought it would be a great idea to take a nice stroll down to our local Harrys Cafe de wheels.

Where the pies are hot and the peas mushy and the house special called the tiger was lingering in the shadows waiting for us to take a bite.
Harry's pies are as good as a traditional home made snack and good old Harry even caters for the grass grazers (aka the vegetarians) with some equally delicious veggie filled traditional pies.
What better place to sit and enjoy our lunches on this summeresque Friday afternoon than by a picture perfect lake. And while we lost track of time tanning our sun longing limbs and nibbling on our tasty treats, on a small little warf surrounded by a busy city the serenity quickly turned into a sudden rat race to get back to our garment filled desks and air con when we realized we had been gone for quite some time..
