Sunny autumn days

Days have surely gotten a lot colder but we still like to come out for a little walk and coffee at the local Grounds Of Alexandria. Needless to say it is cosy and cute as ever and some Ottomode threads help us to stay warm :)

Bread and Circus

This time we headed out for lunch in Alexandria to check out a cafe called
 Bread and Circus which turned out to be the cutest cosiest place with amazing space, food and service. It definitely made it to the list of our favourites. Sarah enjoyed pumpkin soup, Diana and Anya tried a mix of salads, everyone left the place full and happy :)
If you like what we wore here is some styles featured in the post:
Diana - High Tea Jacket;
Sarah - The Whisper Vest over Trippen Top;
Anya - Scaling Heights Top in Maroon.

Lunch at Wedge Espresso and Jumping in Glebe.

Yesterday's lunch destination was the Wedge Espresso in Glebe. We don't go to that suburb very often and were so pleasantly surprised when it met us with the best street art and could not resist but take some snaps..

Lookbook cookbook!

Check out this super cute blog, called the lookbook cookbook which mixes vegan and gluten free recipes with fashion and pretty girls.
Here is one of there recipes for COCONUT MACAROONS! Sounds delicious.

Serves 12

Sweetness 2/3
Difficulty 1/3

1/2 cup organic dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
3 tablespoons canned coconut milk
1 tablespoon coconut flour
1 teaspoon arrowroot powder
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon natural vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a baking sheet with oil.

Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix together with a fork. When thoroughly mixed, take spoonfuls of it, and drop it onto the baking sheet to form 12 equal pieces.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until slightly golden brown on bottom. Leave to cool for at least 20 minutes on baking sheet so they can harden.

Why do we love this blog?
We love this blog because sometimes it is so hard to find good recipes for those who are vegetarian or gluten free. The cookbook lookbook is a great site, easy to use and is simply just a cute and quirky idea.You can look up things like frozen drinks, valentines day cupcakes to nut free and flourless recipes, you are bound to find something to suit anyone.

Enjoy. xx
